Cement, metal, dark, sparse. Corridors, maintenance elevator, large empty rooms. Possible partial bluescreen.
Can be multiple locations as long as the overall appearance is consistent.

"CAPITAL CITADEL WAR ROOM"
Retro-futuristic military ops center cathedral stronghold. Corporate theocracy.
Possible partial bluescreen. Single location preferred.
